PLANS HAVE CHANGED AND WE HAVE AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!  We have the great privilege to bless some families in the Middletown School District with Thanksgiving meals! Through our partnership with 12thRock Ministries, Grace has been invited INTO the schools to work alongside of (and minister to) staff and student volunteers from at least FOUR schools in the Middletown School District! We will:

• Prepare Thanksgiving meal baskets
• Share a meal and chat with these student volunteers and their families
• Distribute meals to the families in need
• Interact with the recipient parents as our GraceKids team does a craft with their kiddos

Instead of our usual meal packing and distributing at the Middletown campus, we will meet at Presidential Park Elementary School, Friday, November 18th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm! 5-7:00 pm we’ll be preparing the meal baskets and sharing a meal with the volunteers. 7-8:00 pm the recipients will come to the school, and we will give them their Thanksgiving meal basket.

Let’s go love on our local schools and community together! We have a great turnout of volunteers at this event every year! Although registration is not required to volunteer, it would be helpful. Click below!

CY is hosting a Clothing Closet Drive Event on Saturday, November 12th from 10am-1pm at the Grace Washingtonville Campus.

This is a student led event where our teens get to reach the community by cleaning out their closets and donating clothes to families in need! Each teen will get their own table where they will setup and help families who come through find clothes that fit! Sign up at graceoc.com/events so we know how many tables to have!
