Partnering with Parents
In GraceKids we want every child to experience a safe, age-appropriate environment where they can discover Jesus each week.
Our goal is to partner with parents to have a meaningful impact on the next generation.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, head over to the Info Center or GraceKids Registration counter. We want to welcome you personally to Grace, meet your children, and get you registered in our GraceKids system. During the first visit, we will ask for some personal information (which will remain confidential): parent/guardian name(s), children's names, date of birth, address and phone. We will also check for allergies or special needs that we should be aware of.Once you're registered, we will escort you and your children to their age-appropriate GraceKids location. There you can get them settled and head to your worship service. We have a way to connect with you during the worship service should there be a need for you to address, so you can relax knowing you're always within reach.

How Self Check-In Works
Upon returning to Grace, you can check-in your child at any available GraceKids kiosk. After finding your name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching numbered tag.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the Worship Center immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer in a green, GraceKids shirt who will direct you to your child’s room.
After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. If you lose your tag, no problem, just visit the info center to get everything sorted out.
Special Needs Ministry
Special Family Room
Grace Community Church offers childcare during service for infants. But we also have a Family Room that is available at most locations for mothers or fathers with their children. This room is reserved exclusively for parents with their children to enjoy the service in a more private environment.
