Food for Kids was developed by our Washingtonville community to assist our local children in need with easy-to-prepare food for weekends during the school year with an extension of this program providing daily lunch throughout the summer. This year we will form 6 teams to include cooking, packing, and distribution in 4 locations. If you are unable to volunteer your time, you can still assist by donating school supplies as they will be distributed with the lunches during the second week of our program. Give Hope Movement is our way of showing the communities we live in that we love and care for them. Save the date for this year’s event! There are so many ways to get involved from volunteering to lead, or choosing to showing up and completing one of more than a hundred different projects. Last year we blessed over 5,000 individuals. Be a part of the giving hope to our community by volunteering and being ready to join with us this August 2019. More information will follow in the next few weeks.
