We are excited to announce that we are again partnering with our local elementary school, ASK Elementary, to help some children in our community to have an awesome Christmas. ASK has given us a list of children in their school, so you will find tags on our tree down in the café…each tag sponsors one child, the size for their clothes, the size for winter boots or shoes, or a toy of their choice. If you would like to help a child have a wonderful Christmas, please take a tag, go to the table next to the tree and sign it out. Please have the unwrapped gift with the name tag attached returned to our donation bin in the café by December 17th. If you’d like to donate wrapping paper, tape, bows, etc…please place that in the donation bin as well. What an incredible way to bless these children through our Grace Port Jervis family!

We will also be hosting a wrapping party on December 18th in the café, with hot cocoa and coffee at 7 PM. Please sign up for the wrapping party below.

Grace Port Jervis is prepping for a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28th from 4-7 PM at Riverside Park in Port Jervis. This event is being planned in partnership with the Port Jervis Parks & Recreation Department, as well as the City of Port Jervis. Grace Port Jervis will be overseeing the event which will serve as an amazing outreach to our community. Many families will come to enjoy the decorated vehicles, music, games, crafts and of course, candy!

Reaching out to families in the Port Jervis community continues to be one of Grace Port Jervis’ number one priorities. This event will be a safe place for families and a chance for us to show what our church is all about, as well as share the Gospel with them.

We will be collecting bags of candy each Sunday. Please bring them to the donation bin in the café. If you plan on decorating a vehicle for the event, please let us know by registering below. (Please note: no violent themes, horror movie themes, or inappropriate decorations/costumes.)
